Shipping & Returns

 

 

Thank you for visiting and shopping with Cumberland Valley Woodworking. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. We understand shipping costs may seem relatively high, however we ensure that there is a 0% markup on shipping. The items you are purchasing are made from solid Oak, Black Walnut, Cherry and other hardwoods and can be heavy resulting in seemingly high shipping costs. If you are local, we will attempt to have a delivery person hand deliver the item. Thanks!

Shipping Domestic

All non-custom orders will require 4-6 days of production time. Orders are not shipped or delivered during weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Cumberland Valley Woodworking is not liable for any products that were damaged or lost during shipping. If you received an order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 

Shipping international

We currently do not ship outside of the U.S.

 

Return and Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Cumberland Valley Woodworking. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

If your item was hand delivered due to local living situations, please contact us prior to returning the item so that we can see if our delivery personnel are available to do the return pick up in person.
